Health Insurance Fund to Implement a New Software Solution for Managing Accounts as of 1 September 2012
As of 1 September 2012, the Health Insurance Fund will be implementing a new software solution for managing accounts. In relation to that, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that persons who have submitted the information of different banks to the Health Insurance Fund in order to receive financial benefits (e.g. benefits for temporary incapacity for work, dental care benefits, discounts for pharmaceuticals, etc.) will receive all unpaid financial benefits to the bank account that they have submitted most recently. The new solution enables your bank account data to be changed via the Estonian State Portal as of 1 September.
It is still possible to submit your bank account information on paper as well as on the relevant application form; equally, the necessary information can be submitted via the Health Insurance Fund’s website.
