Dental Care

All persons who have valid health insurance and who are under than 19 years old are entitled to free dental care from the Health Insurance Fund. Dentist must have contract with Estonian Health Insurance Fund: in Harju district, in Pärnu district, in Tartu district, in Viru district.

Adults are entitled to free dental care only if postponement of dental care or failure to receive the care could cause the death of the individual or result in permanent damage to his/her health.
